Natalie has a background in marketing and business
strategy both from direct managerial experience in the Telecoms industry
as well as through her time as a Director in a variety of innovation and
business consultancies including corporate incubators and interim management
positions.
Passionate about facilitating groups to create motivation, alignment and goals,
Natalie uses creativity techniques, and change management tools to help clients
generate concepts for new ideas, products and services as well as well as engagement
strategies for building cultures of innovation. Action orientated and pragmatic,
Natalie works to ensure clients receive practical management tools and recommendations
that can be immediately applied in a business context.
Natalie has three degrees in Politics, Social Psychology and an MBA and has
both lived and worked abroad. She is certified with ITS in Group Mastery and
is a qualified practitioner and coach in cross cultural, organisational, motivational
and behavioural profiling.
Client Director
Michael has a background in project management, clinical
psychotherapy and training & development both as a practitioner and senior consultant. He
has worked in corporate, public and not-for-profit companies. Emphasising how
vital it is for organisations to have enthusiastic working relationships, effective
teams, and inspirational leaders, Michael focuses his experience and talents
on promoting honest and clear communication and developing people’s value
and potential.
Michael specialises in the facilitation of individuals
and teams to think, feel and act creatively in order to excel. He values calculated
risk-taking and spontaneity, influencing others by his passion and enthusiasm
while encouraging lateral thinking and BIG PICTURE strategic perspectives.
Psychologically curious and results orientated, Michael is experienced
in a range of management and behavioral tools. These are extremely effective in enabling desired business
change to take place. Michael has a degree in Law and an MA in Integrative
Psychotherapy. He is based in London and has worked extensively throughput
the UK, Europe and the USA.
Designer
Paul is a New York based Graphic Designer with experience
in Corporate Identity and Branding, Print, Packaging, and Web design. Additionally his
professional experience includes working in financial, publishing, advertising,
and IT industries.
The sum of his varied professional experience helps him bring an understanding
of the complex issues companies routinely face. The ability to identify the
relevance of complex details in an overall framework, combined with research,
and an understanding of marketplace and historical context, help to achieve sustainable
results that outlive periodic trends.
Paul's approach to design is based on the pursuit of new and innovative forms
of communication, while balancing practical and historical contexts. Form
and function working together resulting in creative and goal driven design.
Paul has a degree in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts, in New York City.

Consumer Research Specialist
Alex’s background is in the field of marketing and project consulting.
His experience ranges from managing start-up operations within the newspaper
industry to running the marketing department of a direct marketing consulting
firm. He was most recently an adjunct marketing professor for Central
Michigan University and during that time consulted on a number of commissioned
research projects where he developed his specialization in consumer research
methodologies.
The next frontier in Alex’s life surrounds his current pursuit
of a doctoral degree from Imperial College London. His dissertation research at
Imperial looks at how businesses have adapted market research methods in their
quest to better understand customer needs and organisational culture. His
research has offered Alex the opportunity to blend two of his passions in
life- the disciplines of cultural anthropology and marketing. Alex holds a
B.A. in anthropology, and MBA.
Innovation Manager
Peter has broad research and innovation experience. His career background
is in research, specialising in quantitative market research providing specialist
advice to blue chip companies in the mobile telecoms sector.
He also has experience working with both data and qualitative insights as
a basis to creative idea generation and has a good grounding in creative facilitation
techniques and innovation management practices.
Peter has a degree in history and politics.
Managing Director
Carl has a background in finance and management accounting
and works for ENTHEO™ as its Finance and Operations Director. With
over twenty years experience in financial management in a variety of sectors
and positions; including the Arts, utilities, educational and facilities
management, Carl brings a wealth of financial and practical experience to
the day to day and strategic operations of the company.
Initial investor, advisor and financial planner, Carl is passionate about
ensuring financial decisions support and enable innovative practices whilst
taking into account the need to stand back and see the long term perspect
and overall business objectives.
Commercial Director
Sue comes to ENTHEO™ with 20 years of marketing and business development
experience. Her career has been primarily in the media sector working with
publishing, radio, TV and technology based companies. She has been responsible
for managing significant marketing budgets and driving new growth for both
established and start-up businesses. Sue has worked with big some blue chip
brands including Disney, AOL, BT, Samsung , Britvic and Cadbury’s to
name but a few. She has also worked on high profile events including the
ITV’s 50th Anniversary programme and The British Comedy Awards with
audiences of up to 10 million viewers.
Sue brings a sound strategic understanding to innovation by focusing not
only on helping clients create an innovative culture and working practices
but ensuring there is a hard commercial output to innovation projects. Creative,
observant, influential, and passionate about innovation and change, Sue brings
a combination of challenge and dry wit to all she does!
