Piloting New Processes

Often it is not just coming up with ideas that is difficult but how to shape, filter and drive them through the organisation. Creating effective processes supported by the right people, in every stage of the innovation journey, is critical. ENTHEO™ can help to shape the process, create prototype communication platforms and tool kits and work to ensure that employees are effectively engaged in embedding creativity and innovation into the culture of the organisation. These new processes can be piloted in small areas of the business. This experimentation can help to isolate what needs to be changed so that a broader roll out has a greater chance of survival.
Innovation Coaching

Often those who are tasked to drive something through an organisation have a day job too, making it easy to lose momentum and enthusiasm. ENTHEO™ can help to keep things on track by offering a coaching service to individual innovation champions or change managers.   
 
Depending on scope, the service can include: improving performance by maximising internal belief systems of what is possible, coaching on improving influence through non-verbal communication, acting as a creative thinking partner, inspiring and encouraging freshness and keeping up-to-date on new thinking in the space of innovation and creative idea generation.
Facilitating Group Dynamics

Communication and team dynamics are at the heart of any innovative culture. ENTHEO are associates with Michael Grinder — a leading thinker and designer in Group Mastery — his philosophy and practical techniques can be taught to help improve the effectiveness of communication within group settings. The full training course takes six days however it can be modularised and arranged to suit needs. 
Creativity Training

Although some people seem to exhibit more creative thinking than others, creativity, as a process, can be taught. These sessions are designed to equip people with tools and techniques which can be utilised in their work place on a day to day basis. They can also be used to inject fresh thinking into a company’s innovation process and ways of working.

Innovation Management Training

At the core of ENTHEO’s™ philosophy is a belief that Innovation is a human process that needs to harness the skills, behaviours and capabilities of people in an organisation from the initial stages of searching for ideas through to implementation and optimisation.

To do this effectively, managers and individual contributors need to know what type of skills are required where, how their own innovation journeys work and how they can best utilise the skills and talents of people in their organisation. On the programme, participants come to see the management of innovation as a powerful and practical way to create value from ideas that are new to them within their own area of influence. The focus is on the mind-sets as well as the skill-sets required to build an innovative culture within a business. The training programme was designed — with the support of leading Silicon Valley companies — by the training company Barnes and Conti in California, and is based on the academic research by Dr. David Francis of CENTRIM.
