Implementing action and systematically following things through are two
of the hardest things that organisations struggle with as management is always
a juggling act of trying to balance conflicting priorities, resources and
The
DESIGN stage will have created
some fabulous ideas and action plans on how to achieve them, but this is
just the starting point. Maybe a new business idea has been born but you
need help to shape and create it into a living entity, or maybe you have
the team but they need someone to help
catalyse and coach the process to ensure milestones are achieved. ENTHEO’s™ DEVELOP
services help to isolate what needs to be done, support change and foster
accountability.
A central element of ENTHEO's™ unique business structure is the
partnerships that we have developed with creative
catalysts, experts and academics from
a wide array of backgrounds who we can call upon to share their knowledge and
experience with. This could range from innovation process design,
to HR or product development.
The output of the DEVELOP stage is to build sustainable and systemic change,
see new ideas materialise into living entities and to help build and sustain
cultures of innovation.
Innovation Management Training
At the core of ENTHEO’s™ philosophy
is a belief that Innovation is a human process that needs to harness the skills,
behaviours and capabilities of people in an organisation from the initial
stages of searching for ideas through to implementation and optimisation.
To do this effectively, managers and individual contributors need to know
what type of skills are required where, how their own innovation journeys
work and how they can best utilise the skills and talents of people in their
organisation. On the programme, participants come to see the management of
innovation as a powerful and practical way to create value from ideas that
are new to them within their own area of influence. The focus is on the mind-sets
as well as the skill-sets required to build an innovative culture within
a business. The training programme was designed — with
the support of leading Silicon Valley companies — by the training company
Barnes and Conti in California, and
is based on the academic research by Dr. David Francis of
CENTRIM.
