As children we are immensely creative. Everthing is new and wonderful and to be explored. A cardboard box is a boat in which we can float away or a magic carpet to take us to distant lands. As adults it is a place of storage. As children we continally ask “why?” driving our parents insane with constant questionning, as adults we accept that this is just the way things are done around here. What has happened to our inquisitve minds? Why do we prize memorisation over lateral thinking? Where has the hunger for learning disappeared to? As we grow, we lose a lot of this wonder, and fall into inertia.

As organisations, we grow, become old and forget what it was that once inspired our creation.

Our role is to take a creative approach to work using creativity tools and techniques as well as hard hitting business facilitation to create energy and lateral thought. As professional designers of bespoke workshops, interventions and processes our purpose is to help create and sustain momentum for innovation and organisational change.
