ENTHEO’s™ philosophy is to be a magnet that draws and expands on creative talent often not accessible to the business world. ENTHEO™ has relationships with a number of people, gifted in creative thinking, which have been screened and tested for lateral thinking skills and their natural abilities further enhanced through creativity training. They often form an integral part of ENTHEO’s™ creative interventions bringing a fresh perspective to the client’s world.

We are accredited practitioners of the Torrance Creativity Tests, designed by the educational and creative psychologist, Paul Torrance.

We have also been asked, on a number of projects, to incorporate creative consumers or business experts into a project. They work in a similar way to catalysts, but also bring category frustrations and market knowledge to the creative intervention.

Our experts, unlike catalysts, are incorporated into projects because of their deep knowledge of a specialty or specific sector expertise. Many have years of experience from working in different corporate structures or are talented business thinkers able to offer fresh ideas on tackling complex business or organisational issues.

David Stoll
Composer & Facilitator

How does one balance inspiration and analysis? How does one widen the view without losing focus?  How may one think freely as though boundaries were unreal, and yet remain completely practical? As a composer and writer, David Stoll addresses these questions through the medium of music, challenging presuppositions about how we think and what we believe about ourselves and others.

David’s concert music includes works for orchestra, choir and chamber music. Much of his work is available on CD, and his music for radio and television is known around the world. He has written several scores for theatrical productions, including for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Educated at Oxford University and the Royal Academy of Music, David often writes articles on music and musical matters for various journals. He brings freshness and inspiration to ENTHEO™’s client engagements, challenging us to listen in ways we have never done before.
