The discover phase is all about helping the company find out where it is now by
reviewing its current innovation strategy and objectives from different perspectives
in the organisation. If helping to refresh or create new propositons we talk to your
customers not just to find out what they think but to search for inspiration to help
you create new products, services or marketing innovations.

The design stage of the ENTHEO™ journey has both an analytical and creative
approach, within this phase we use creative interventions to generate new ideas
for products, services or ways of working and action planning with a creative spin.
Ultimately, the purpose is to help the company create what it wants to be and where
it wants to innovate and then work out a plan of action to help it get there.

In the develop phase, ENTHEO™ helps to foster the growth of innovation
capability and competence with a variety of services including creativity training,
innovation coaching, group dynamics and innovation management skills development
and consultancy.

The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek word ENTHEO™ — literally to be within
energy. Where there is enthusiasm, there is energy, alignment and a commitment
to creativity and innovation.
